Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Customer Relation Team at VICTION.ID. The Customer Relation Team will manage customer support initiatives, build strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients.
• Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer support.
• Proficiency in analytical skills to evaluate customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Knowledge of client relations best practices to foster long-term partnerships.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
