Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relations Team role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Customer Relations Team member will handle daily communication with clients, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about products, services, and company programs. The role includes maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients, supporting customer onboarding, and assisting in resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The person in this position will track customer feedback, support initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent client experience. The role also involves preparing simple reports, updating customer records, and participating in training sessions related to financial market products and customer service best practices.

Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on professional and solutions-oriented interactions.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, including Customer Retention skills and a client-centric mindset.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain information clearly and listen actively.
• Basic understanding or strong interest in financial markets, trading, or financial services; willingness to learn industry-specific concepts.
• Good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site in Jakarta and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and business development.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer relations, customer service, or sales support is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
