Responsibilities:
• Assist consumers and partners with product inquiries and account-related requests.
• Handle service inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consumers and partners.
• Support operational projects, including partner registration, acquisition, sales transactions, and training activities.
• Educate users about products, promotions, and new features.
• Perform administrative tasks such as updating partner information and processing account requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major (minimum GPA 2.75).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Maximum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with clear articulation.
• Customer-oriented with strong empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 WPM with 90% accuracy).
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• Energetic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with dynamic business changes.
• Minimum 2-dose COVID-19 vaccination.
