Marketing Supervisor / Deputy Manager
Industry: Construction Equipment & Industrial Spare Parts / Logistics (3PL)
Function: Sales, Marketing & Business Development

About the Company
Our client is a well-established international company operating in the construction equipment spare parts and logistics industry. The company specializes in supplying construction machinery spare parts, import/export operations, and third-party logistics (3PL) solutions, supporting leading manufacturers and industrial businesses in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities within the construction equipment sector.
• Conduct market research, analyze customer requirements, and monitor competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and communication.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Manage pricing, inventory coordination, purchase orders, lead times, and customer data.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse operations and branch management.
• Support administrative and operational processes in a dynamic, small-team environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
Requirements
Must Have
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience in one of the following industries:
• Construction Equipment Manufacturer
• Construction Equipment Dealer
• Construction Equipment Spare Parts Distributor
• Construction Equipment Parts Trading Company
• Construction Equipment Rental Company (Parts/Service Sales)
• Experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in SAP (B1, HANA, or equivalent ERP systems).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, analytical functions).
• Good PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Intermediate to Business-level English communication.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical, and able to work independently.
Preferred
• Experience working in Japanese or multinational companies.
• Experience in construction machinery spare parts sales.
• Experience in 3PL operations and warehouse-related business.
• Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Strong interest in digital transformation (DX) and process improvement initiatives.
Additional Information
• Sales visits (primarily by motorcycle) may be required approximately 1-2 times per month.
• Opportunity to handle both existing accounts and new business development.
• Small and agile team environment with broad exposure across sales, operations, and logistics.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: IDR 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 Gross/month (higher package may be considered for exceptional candidates)
