About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and performance-oriented **Digital Marketing Specialist** to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive business growth, customer acquisition, and revenue. This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on experience in paid advertising, SEO, and digital campaign optimization across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate understands the complete digital marketing funnel, is comfortable working with performance metrics, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
* Conduct SEO audits to identify technical, on-page, and off-page optimization opportunities to improve website performance and organic visibility.
* Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning to support SEO and inbound marketing initiatives.
* Create and optimize digital marketing funnels to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and customer retention.
* Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
* Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC, and ROI to maximize marketing effectiveness.
* Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and strengthen brand positioning across digital platforms.
* Build, maintain, and present digital marketing dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
* Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve overall campaign performance.
* Collaborate with the Creative, Content, Business Development, and Product teams to ensure integrated marketing execution.
* Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
* Generate regular performance reports and provide strategic recommendations based on marketing data and business objectives.
* Support business scaling initiatives by leveraging data analytics, customer insights, and performance marketing strategies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
* Minimum **2–4 years** of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or related roles.
* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital advertising best practices.
* Hands-on experience managing campaigns on:
* Google Ads
* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* TikTok Ads
* Experience conducting SEO audits and keyword research using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
* Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio for campaign tracking and reporting.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and transform insights into business strategies.
* Understanding of customer journey mapping and digital marketing funnel optimization.
* Experience managing marketing KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
* Excellent project management and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
* Self-driven, proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in e-commerce, technology, digital agency, or startup environments.
* Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
* Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
* Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification, or TikTok Ads Certification is an advantage.
