Requirements

Professional Experience

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Experienced in developing and deploying web applications end-to-end.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments such as startups, software houses, or product companies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

AI-Assisted Development

We highly encourage developers who use AI to improve productivity.

• Familiar with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar.

• Able to utilize AI for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.

• Able to review and validate AI-generated code before implementation.

• Comfortable learning and working across the full stack with AI-assisted development.

Nice to Have

• Japanese language proficiency or prior experience working with Japanese clients or teams.

Commitment

• Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in Japan.

• Willing to work full-time onsite in Yogyakarta during the first year.

• Willing to relocate to Tsukuba, Japan in the second year (with compensation and benefits adjusted upon relocation to Japan)

• Willing to obtain JLPT N3 or N2 certification within one year after joining.
