- Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer/distributor networks.- Support annual sales planning, budgeting, and revenue forecasting.- Drive monthly and quarterly sales target achievement.- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors; implement corrective actions.- Manage relationships with contractors, developers, distributors, retailers, and industrial customers.- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project agreements to ensure long-term partnerships.- Supervise and coach Internal; conduct field visits and joint customer meetings.- Ensure accurate CRM reporting and sales documentation.- Coordinate with marketing on branding, promotions, events, and product launches.- Prepare sales and forecast reports; monitor receivables and control pricing/discounts.- Other duties as assigned.- Bachelor's degree- Business English proficiency- 3 years of experience as Sales Marketing Assistant Manager handling Resin for Paint products from any Chemical Manufacture- A results-driven, customer-focused, and relationship-oriented leader with strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities
